There was a problem when we first arrived. We had reserved a family room for 7. However their rooms only have beds for 6. Booking.com says upto 9, but rooms only hold up to 6 (plus a baby crib). However the manger resolved the situation. Many thanks to Alpna. He solved the situation so we were all happy. Additionally, their breakfast is great. It is fair in price and great in quality and abundant in choices.

The location was great. In a lovely quite neighbourhood right near the train station only a couple of stops to the Eiffel Tower. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. The breakfast was fine, a few different options. The rooms were a good size. we were travelling with 2 adults an 11 year old and a 1 year old. there was plenty of room for all of us! The staff were awesome! All very friendly!

The number one best thing about this hotel is the receptionist mister Alpha. He made our stay feel so good. Helped us find a place where to parc outside, answered our questions as we were kind of lost in Paris. Very kind and available. He's the man right there, needs to be upgraded though. Big up to him and the hotel altogether.

The reseption lady ( Europeanise ) was very good she is helpfull and very kind and talking many languages which is professional work, when we left we couldn’t see her because of the night but I wanted to tell thanks for her service. the rooms are clean is good

Liked the hotel very much. The staff is nice and smiling. Very clean. The room is nice and clean and comfortable. Near the hotel there are many buses and trams, it's good to get to the city center.
